Refunds

Custom Product Returns
No returns on custom made Pop Up Flip Flop Products, all sales are final. We want you to love your PUFFs, and to ensure satisfaction, please double check your selections when customizing your order. If you are experiencing dissatisfaction with your purchase, we will evaluate all returns on a case by case basis.  Please confirm that there are no visible signs of wear and tear; product must be unworn.

 

Color Variation – Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, colors may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colors will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color of the actual products. We do our very best to make sure our online products are as close to the exact product as possible, but cannot guarantee that what you see is an exact match.

 

Wrong Size
If you have received the wrong size upon arrival please contact Customer Service via phone or e-mail.
However, if you feel you have received the wrong size please make sure to try on your Pop Up Flip Flops to determine the sandal you received does not truly fit. Please refer to our size chart for clarification.

 

Wrong strap size or color
If you have received the wrong strap and/ or sole size or color  – upon arrival please contact Customer Service via phone or e-mail.


Damaged or Defective Product
If you have received damaged or defective product upon arrival please contact Customer Service. This does not include normal wear and tear or damages due to improper fit, alterations or misuse of the product.

 

Please note your original shipping costs (if any) will not be refunded.

Returns

Your online purchase can be returned within 30 days of purchase, as long as it meets the following guidelines:

  • The product is returned with the original hang tags
  • There are no visible signs of wear and tear; product must be unworn
  • Return Authorization number (RMA#) is included on the box

Pop Up Flip Flop s will fully refund the cost of the products noted on your packing list returned within these guidelines.
Please note your original shipping costs (if any) will not be refunded.

 

Please allow 4-5 days for your return to arrive at our fulfillment center. Upon receipt and inspection of your
return, Pop Up Flip Flop s will issue a refund in the amount you paid for the item(s) returned, to the original form of
payment. Please allow 2-4 weeks of processing time from the time you ship your return, refund processing time 
may vary depending on your financial institution.
